Piso Señorial con vistas a la ria

Brilliant location, close to public transport. Excellent service - when we asked for a replacement fan on a hot day, one arrived within 1 hour!

Het appartement was groot en erg comfortabel, met 2 badkamers. Het uitzicht was fantastisch en op een paar minuten lopen was je in een gezellig centrum.

Er was geen airco en als je de lampen aandeed was het appartement ontzettend fel verlicht. Wat meer aandacht voor sfeerverlichting zou prettig zijn.

It was massively overpriced

Central location, parking space for car, large apartment with modern bathroom and kitchen, good clean facilities. Good wifi.

Found the access to the apartment quite tricky as you needed a mobile phone with data to access the entrance code. This was only available at the exact time of arrival that you had indicated. Sitting room had lots of older furniture and extra ornaments and books which weren’t relevant. No double glazing in sitting room and the window blew open on its own. The old WiFi code was listed in the welcome photos and when I phoned the Host company The Urban Hosts to resolve this issue we unfortunately had some language barriers . I don’t speak enough Spanish . I had to send a text message and some photos using data to say we couldn’t access WiFi and staff queries how we could message if we had no access, but we had to use our data. Non-techy people would find aCCESSING this apartment a nightmare.

The location is amazing, across from the old city. Walking distance from Gugenheim Museum and funicular. The contact free access is intimidating at first, but it works. Parking is available but only for smaller cars. Great restaurants all around. Meeting the friends in the city, we appreciated a big living room where we could socialise. Nice big kitchen with everything you need. Usually, in other apartments on our travel in Spain, we were greeted with snacks and wine, and coffee was available at least for first day, too, but nothing in this apartment.

Only superficial clean. We asked for a flashing light to be replaced, but they didn't manage in 4 days.

The apartment was full of charm, but the best part is location, location! Open the windows and watch bilbao walk by!
