Le système d ouverture de l appartement. Nous n avons pas eu d information quant à l enregistrement des personnes au préalable. Nous avons passé une heure pour enregistrer tous les invités avec les photos recto verso de toutes les cartes d identité… Inadmissible sur le trottoir sous la pluie. Très déçus par le manque d information

El apartamento está genial y muy bien ubicado para nuestro destino en Bilbao. Por poner una pega, no tenía abridor para botellas y algunas sillas de comedor tenían los soportes rotos y se movían inestables. Y la bañera necesita una limpieza más profunda.

El apartamento está muy bien comunicado. Tiene el metro justo enfrente, y un supermercado muy cercano. Las habitaciones son correctas y tranquilas

No dispone de una mesa para ocho comensales Faltaban cosas en la cocina: paños de cocina, algunos cubiertos, sacacorchos, mantel Con muy poco esfuerzo podía ser una apartamento de diez

El apartamento estaba genial, super limpio y muy cuidado, estaba muy bien ubicado, con la parada de metro de San Mamés, justo en la puerta, Cristina super amable y atenta.

Por puntualizar algo, la grifería del baño principal está a la inversa 😂
