Το διαμέρισμα είναι άνετο σε υψηλή τοποθεσία με εξαιρετική θέα της μεγάλου μέρους της λίμνης . Ο εξοπλισμός του διαμερίσματος είναι πληρέστατος . Το πρωινό στο μπαλκόνι του είναι μια σπάνια απόλαυση με διάφορα εφέ (υδροπλάνα , ταχύπλοα κλπ)

Υπάρχει πρόβλημα με το παρκάρισμα , πρέπει εκ των προτέρων να κλείσετε θέση , η οποία παρέχετε από τον ιδιοκτήτη. Δεν εξυπηρετείτε από delivery . Πρέπει να έχετε φροντίσει από πριν για γεύμα η δείπνο στο διαμέρισμα.

The apartment is amazing, beautiful, lovely view and confortable. We loved the detail of giving us a welcome package. The beds are confortable and the place was very, very clean. We got a tip from the owners for a number to have transportation, that was very helpful.

The location is a bit far from the town, but we knew that when we booked. It was difficult for us to have transportation, because we were 6, so if you are in a large group, plan your transportation accordingly.

Great location and views. Nice apartment and very clean. Has a balcony and a small terrace on the side. It does have a garage which was easy to park in. With proper air conditioning it would be much better experience 9-10. I would not recommend this property if you can’t tolerate heat!

Air conditioning- disabled or not working - either way not advertised and unexpected. In sizzling hot summer this was a big negative and really annoying. The other issue was check-in time which was not kept at 3pm and cleaners had not arrived until 16:30 which means that we were not able to check in until much later and only allowed to stay till 11am

The view, location, size of the apartment, and the owner Mr Thomas he is the best ❤️ and sure the apartment will be my first choice incase will visit Como again ❤️

Parking as I suffer first day to find parking and the stairs but this is normal in Italy 🌹

La vue est magnifique du haut du 2e étage de l'immeuble. C'est très agréable de déjeuner sur le petit balcon. L'appartement est spacieux et fonctionnel. Depuis l'appartement il est possible d'effectuer une randonnée vraiment superbe mais compliquée.

L'accès à l'appartement est très difficile. Pas simple d'avoir une place et il n'y a rien comme commerce à Blevio. Nous avons opté pour le bus pour nous déplacer mais en août il est bondé et les trajets ne sont pas agréables. La literie de la chambre parent grinçait toujours et n'était pas confortable. Les lits de 90 ne sont pas adapté pour des ados ou jeunes adultes. La cuvette des toilettes est à changer et le canapé en plastique rigide n'est pas très agréable.

Vue sublime, appartement tout confort, garage sécurisé, arrivée autonome, gérants joignables et réactifs

Pas simple de trouver une place de parking. Bien regarder la carte pour trouver les différentes possibilités. Plusieurs parkings disponibles de l’autre côté du village. 5mn de marche.
