The apartment was amazing! Spacious and clean. The view was breathtaking and we will definitely be staying again very soon!

Everything was perfect.

The apartment is comfortable and new. The property owner, Tomas, is very friendly and helped us to settle in at arrival and helped us a lot with great tips of the local surrounding. I very recommend the apartment, it has an amazing view to the lake.

Because in the summer Como region gets very hot it would be great if the apartment has air conditioning.

This apartment has all the facilities and is spacious with amazing balcony view of Como lake. It had all the facilities we wished for en we had such an fantastic stay!

Nothing, just be aware you need a car to reach this place. However, a taxi service is provided to book a taxi to and back from Como.

Everything was great, the view from the balcony was amazing, the apartment was big enough even for a 6-person family like mine, the kitchen equipment was satisfactory.

The downside is one bathroom and the entrance to the apartment is quite tiring but the view from the balcony compensated for it .

The drive way up to the property was tight and challenging . This also applies for parking Check in and parking was not very clear for me at first and took sometime to figure it out It would be nice to have a water to drink specially because there wasn’t any close by shops Television could be updated it’s small

The view was amazing and the place was quite spatious and unique in terms of decoration, it had its own atmosphere. The staff was nice and the instructions and communication was clear, they even helped us with the ferry schedule and everything.

They did NOT have a double bed as promised (the main reason we chose this location), but instead two single mattresses united, which were not fixed on the bed table so we actually found ourselves sleeping in between the mattresses. We would have not chosen this place if we knew that. Had a horrible sleep in the two days we stayed and woke up extremely tired, but I am sure that this could be changed if they just buy a new mattress and respect what they promise. I also asked for a flower since it was my 30th birthday and I didn’t think it could be such a hassle (had similar requests fulfilled in other accommodations with no problem whatsoever), so if you’re a guy expecting to surprise your girlfriend, better think twice. I was a bit dissappointed to see that. The shower also had some mold spots on the walls and I’r say it needs a refresh. The staff was really great though and I am sure these things can be easily fixed.
