Clean, spacious and nice place, awesome house

The location is really nice, the view from the mountain side and the sunset is awesome. The place is clean and bed is really comfortable. The place is already cool so no need for a fan or aircon. it's truly relaxing and it's accessible.

Very accommodating and kind landlord. Very good experience and highly recommend.

Safe and secure location with great views from the balcony. Good amenities around the area like a laundromat.

Can be loud in the morning due to the dogs and chickens in the area but I guess it can be like that in a lot of neighbourhoods in the country.

The owner, Mr. Ludwig, the proprietor, proved exceptionally helpful. Prior to my arrival, he provided thorough directions to locate the venue and clear instructions for the most convenient way to park the car. Additionally, he exhibited great politeness throughout the interaction.

There's not much to dislike. We simply wish for the availability of a hair blower since drying hair can be challenging in the chilly climate of Baguio.

The owner is very accomodating and really nice and friendly. I appreciate the reminders and we made sure that it was followed. We’ll go back next time.

we mis the sunset, not the host fault

It was a nice room big enough for max 9 we had 5 adults and 4 kids and the room size was good. The sunset was beautiful. The water pressure is very low, but that’s how Baguio is. The room was hot during the night so we were thankful there was a fan in the room. The location was also nice. It’s close to everything.

When we first arrived the room was not ready (they prepared only 3 beds). Honestly I didn’t care but the owner kept contacting me. I didn’t have good service or wifi and he kept trying to contact. After 3 hours drive to get there I just wanted to rest and I needed to feed my daughter. But he really wanted to talk on the phone so he was telling me to connect to Wi-Fi. Again after a long ride I just wanted to rest so it was kinda annoying. He apologized for the room and I said it was ok. Also the gate was kinda frustrating. He posts a video but there was too many problems on the first day. Though I appreciate it, it felt a little too much with the reminders.
