Vacation House in Baguio with Amazing Sunset Views

Ung place is maganda and the view, and sir ludwig super helpful, highly recommend.

Room is clean, complete w/ cooking & dining utensils. Plus there are 3 stores in the vicinity. Got 2 bathrooms (one inside room). I enjoyed my coffee at the balcony/varranda with a view of baguio early in the morning. Parking is spacious. Wifi is strong. Also I admire the segragation of waste bins into biodegradable and what not. Just the tv reception is not so good, you need to position the antenna at the window and not much channels. Other than that, everything is superb.

The house was very spacious & had enough beds for the guests.

1.) The water pressure is somewhat weak. 2.) The house is quite far from the city center.

The view is magnificent. We stayed upstairs because the apartment downstairs where we were supposed to stay needed some unexpected work done. The house is beautiful, and very well built. And everything was clean and in good working order. And the owner is very friendly and helpful. The sunset is probably the best part, very very nice. And the value for money can't be beat I think. We will definitely wish to stay here again if we are back in Baugio

Nothing really. The water pressure isn't the best in the upstairs, but it's not a problem really.

We owned the entire apartment during our stay. Complete facilities and full functional kitchen (complete kitchen utensils and appliance available). 2nd floor balcony is covered and has table and chairs, a perfect place to hang out while you enjoy the cool weather and view. Mr. Ludwig always keep us in touch and he is vey hospitable and courteous. The property is close Mirador Heritage and Eco Park near Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto. Mirador is the new attraction in Baguio opened in late 2020 and a must visit attraction in Baguio.

the host was very hospitable. sir ludwig addressed all our concerns. Initially when we arrived the room was hot, as it was peak noon time, and we asked if there was no fan. on that same day, sir ludwig purchased a fan for our comfort. 💕 the unit was so clean, secured and homey. We even cooked our breakfast there complete kitchen materials. We were very comfortable during our 4 days stay. The perfect place to rest after a day of exploring the city.
