Beautiful clean and quiet apartment! Everything you need for home away from home! Manager very friendly helpful and easy to get ahold of!

Finding the key, but the manager was very helpful when we got ourselves to the wrong building he helped us out quickly and very nicely.

Really lovely little cosy flat, just like a home away from home. Lots of available car parking and close enough to the centre to walk.

Blinds didn’t work, managed to manually move them on second night, first night anyone could have looked in my room. Door on one room didn’t work. Cracks on floor all through apartment. No lock on bathroom door. Extra money charged for a couple staying in the room that was spare.reason for extra cost said to be to make sure adequate bedding was supplied, and towels, however no one looked near the place even after complaints about the blinds and door not working. Oh and we also had to top up the pressure on the boiler which was switched off when we arrived. I received a message on the Saturday saying someone would attend straight away, then bizarrely on on Sunday asking if it was okay to attend in the afternoon when we were due to check out at 10 in the morning. Very disappointed and will not look near this property again. Worst experience from booking a room on booking.com. Paid an extra £80 for absolutely nothing.

Was great apartment with everything needed. Not far from everything. Was really lovely, large double bedrooms and a den. Free parking nearby. Contactless check in, clear instructions. Very happy with it, highly recommended.

The shower was good. The price was reasonable.

Difficult to find, the flat was located in what felt like a council estate and very noisy. Inside I could hear traffic, a stampede running upstairs and children crying. As the flat is on the ground floor you hear everyone entering the building, banging doors and generally being inconsiderate. The property had an odd smell, was very cold on arrival and it felt like it had been sat empty a while. There was no sign of a thermostat or information book. I finally managed to contact the owner and get the boiler going but it wasn’t the best start following the 7hr drive. In the front bedroom, the mattress felt old and I could feel the springs, the tv didn’t work and needed setting up. The livingroom wasn’t a relaxing area, with only bright lighting and a tv as high as the ceiling, it was difficult to sit and watch. The smart tv also has no aerial for normal channels.
