Bencorrum Self-Catering Apartments

The welcome by Mpume, showing us the apartment and making us feel at home. I also liked that we could contact Mpume anytime for help and she was great; our main bedroom lights were fixed within 24 hours of reporting. The apartment had more than enough cutlery, dishes and pots. Kitchen was very warmly. My kids enjoyed the big space and we all enjoyed watching TV, especially the kids. Our apartment was cleaned on Sunday and towels changed.

The door to the main bathroom is old style and having my husband and mother in-law sharing it while it didn't close properly was not good. We had to share the toilet because the other toilet had issues, motor was letting water none-stop so we had to close it. Mpume tried getting someone to look at it.

I liked the following : 1.The beach view. 2.Morning breeze. 3.Next to the clinic and police station. 4.easy access to public transport 5.spacious sitting room. 6.Good bedroom sizes .enough kitchen untensils.

I waited a long outside for the keys on a windy day. We couldn't get in n out as we please. We had to get out of the car to get security to come n open for us. The parking was too small, thus difficult to park without scratching. Sometimes when you come back you get it occupied by someone else.. The security door or burglar of the main door wasn't functoinal thus compromising our safety . The windows not closing properly.. TV not working.. 2 bedrooms had no lights. One panel of the shower door wasn't there(shower not usable) , we had to que for one bathtub. Kitchen unit delapidated, oven stove electrical wires exposed with no oven. Kitchen Cupboard doors falling off....

No wifi, The facility itself is selling itself short, no possitive attractions. Access control too inconveniencing and unfriendly towards clients who are not familiar with surroundings Brocken sleeper couches

The place was closer to every place we visited, Mpume the lady that received us was very kind, she was amazing. The security was friendly

The place smells bad and not very clean. There was a leak in one of the bathrooms, and we all had to share one bathroom, taking turns, which also resulted in us waking up early to accommodate each other

The apartment it self was very nice but it's the reception was like shack dwelling and they only own 1 apartment in a 16 floor building where other apartments are not maintained at all

Not as they don't own the building. It's not good at all

We where given exceptional service,we arrived earlier than they expected us,but thèy welcomed us soo warmly.our host made sure that we enjoy our stay.

I would be lying if I said there is anything that I didn't like

I liked the room 135,everything was working fine and it was neat and clean.

The 2nd room we booked 111,was not so good. This was our main chilling area because it has more bedrooms and it's bigger. But things were falling apart, the cupboards were falling off ,the washing machine not working and there's cockroaches.
