Service of lift is poor

The apartment is big with three rooms and big lounge . The care taker was friendly. Close to beach.

The apartment lacks maintenance. Only one bathroom is functional. There were no lights , flush not working, and door not closing properly in the second bathroom. No ceiling fans in the rooms so on hot weather had to rely on one.table fan provided in the lounge. The parking area of the flat is not big enough for big SUVs. The flat is on 11th floor so have to rely on lifts. Not for elderly people with disabilities. Fridge was not working.kitchen cupboard needs maintenance.

Staff were so generous, they waited for us and though we arrived very late they were so patient and willing to assist.

The condition of the lifts wasn't good, at some point we were joined by a cleaning lady who took in the dirty bins and opened them in our presence with a very bad smell. Though we told her that we were going down, she redirected the lift to the 22nd floor. It wasn't a good feeling at all. The sleeper couch wasn't in a good working order and two of my kids wanted to use it but they couldn't.
