Bencorrum Self-Catering Apartments

The property inside looks like the pictures, but that where it ends. Looks modern but not modern.

Firstly, you park in a very dodgy scary parking basement area, looks dirty not painted in a while. You can’t enter the property without getting out of your car to ask the security to open for you. So if late at night…. The lift, is so small and old and scary and still has an old wooden door. And only one lift to take you to 13th floor with a building that looks like a 100 people lives in. You get to the apartment, no aircon, a fan is there. The lounge windows we could not open too scared the window will fall out. We had no use of the main bedroom bathroom. There was a roof leak and bathroom floods, so big family all take turns in 1 bathroom. The sleeper couch was completely broken. Son had to sleep on a couch. Lounge carpet and couch needs a good deep cleaning. NO WI-FI… so if you have kids it’s a no zone

Fact that when they have load shedding they don't have back up ..and the lift were not working even after load shedding we struggled alot. Another thing it's oven stove they don't have it.

When you need to enter and exit you needed the security to open the gate

Rooms were good

Not enough glasses They need to change pots

The apartment is clean.

The fact that there's load shedding.

The staff was really nice, welcoming

The apartment nice close to the beach.

No welcoming reception. Rules not clear. Kitchen equipment not user-friendly. The place is not well maintained.
