FLH Intendente Industrial Design Duplex

Nice property! Best parts: convenient location close to metro station and tram stop. Kitchen with many items, we were able to cook everyday. There is a Lidl market nearby. The apartment is spacious, I loved the big window/door to the porch. Two full bathrooms and two hair dryers, I loved it. The in unit washing and drying machine helped us tremendously as weather was rainy and we needed to wash some wet clothes. The green patio in the building is something that has to be mentioned here - I haven’t seen any reviewed mentioning it - absolutely beautiful with what seemed to me giant monstera plants. Awesome.

Shower had a slow drain and flooded a little bit one day. The design of the shower level being higher than the rest of the bathroom doesn’t make much sense to me. Also, the glass doors should entirely close the shower area to prevent flood and spills. The blender had mold in it and the shower also had some mold in the caulk but nothing too bad. Beds could be a little less stiff.

The location was excellent, right in front of a bustling area with restaurants and shops, but it was still nice and quiet inside at night. The apartment was nice and clean with comfortable beds.

It would have been nice to have a few additional amenities like salt/pepper, tea bags, etc. as we had in other rentals in Portugal. Not a big deal though as there were grocery stores nearby.

The apartment was good. The only complaint was that it was a little cold.

The first entry was complicated, we did not get along well with the hosts.

Lots of space and a good range of appliances, perfect for a small group. Quiet apartment, very close to public transport. Easy check-in, got lots of information about the apartment prior to check-in.

Clean and nice location

- Great communication with the staff: They are very reachable through Whatsapp and was prompt with response. I was texting them about checkout late at night expecting them reply early in the morning, but the staff replied very promptly! - Clean, sleek modern loft design. Quite spacious too. - Two bathrooms: Perfect for 4 girls traveling - Location: Super close to convenient stores for water, fruits etc. High rating bars and shops right outside the door. - Parking: We rented a car and was able to street park for free during the weekend. The parking garages near by have very bad google reviews though, so we're thankful that we stayed only during the weekend.

- The breaker tripped when we tried to do the laundry. Apparently you cannot plug in ANY other electronics while trying to do the laundry, so beware.

Location is good. Very close to Intendente metro (green line). Very walkable to the major touristic area.

Some of the streets around the property are dirty & littered with trash. Also, the property failed to provide trash bags in the trash bins. No paper towels whatsoever. No toiletries of any kind - shampoo, conditioner, etc. The drains in the bathrooms are very slow. This is a comment made my a previous guest and was obviously not addressed by FLH. When water in the shower accumulates it practically floods the bathroom! I messaged to have someone come and check, but the problem remained the same. Girl at the FLH office seemed very unconcerned with our complaint about the drain.
