Very well designed with comfortable beds. However, the sofa bed was uncomfortable and no duvet was offered. Location was accessible and the 24/7 checkin service was convenient. The apartment contained everything you needed but perhaps the supply of shampoo and shower gel would have been handy. Overall, I recommend this place

Location It was comfy Everything is new This facility is operated by a company and you don’t have to meet the owner, wait… when you come, everything is done remotely because they have a support 24/7 so you just contact them and enter

Hygiene could be much much better Bathrooms were not that clean, dishwasher had a water inside and was stinky when we open Hairdryer was melted so it was out of function Ask them to give you code for entering the building because it was open when we came, but when we tried to enter late at night it was locked and we’ve spent some time in order to get the code

Lots of amenities, central location, tidy and clean, very spacious. Responsive and very friendly staff. Also great transfer service.

Power cut out frequently even when we were not using any appliances. Aircon needed attending to but was fixed immediately when we asked.

The flat is beautifully decorated and very spacious. The kitchen and the bathrooms are all new with plenty of space to move. Centrally located. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

There were a few basics missing in the kitchen, like dish soap and sponges. The dishwasher was dirty, looked like nobody ever cleaned the filter so we had to clean it before using. Bathroom sinks were clogged.

It was very comfortable, perfect for 4 persons. The location is great, near to center, supermarkets and restaurants. It was well equipped

We would have liked to have basic ingredients in the kitchen like water, salt, suggar, coffee or tea.

Location was good, apartment design was good and was big nothing else

Service and staff was very unfriendly, don’t answer where you call, application to make check in didn't work very difficult to collect key, you need taxi to get service center very unfriendly personal, we asked to get taxi and nobody want to help us, in one bathroom shower doesn't work all water go out, beds are small and not comfortable, don't recommend, ,
