FLH Intendente Industrial Design Duplex

1. one of the chairs was broken, and I did not know and was going to sit on it. It is about safety. 2. The wash on the Second floor. the faucet for the hot water was broken and kept falling. Kinda annoying to use 🥲

Walking distance to Interdente subway, tram 28, groceries and Rossio train station. Very clean room. Good insulation to block the noises from the bar close by. Very well-equipped kitchen. Yet the electricity kept tripped with more than one appliance on (e.g. tripped when one takes shower and one stove on).

This apartment is very spacious. The queen bed and The two bunk beds are very comfortable. The place is very clean with complete Tupperware. Kitchen is very clean, and well equipped. The location is very near the center, a short walk of 1km, in a very charming plaza right next to restaurant Ramiro - best seafood in town. Overall we found the stay very enjoyable.

I wish there was a roll of paper towel, and was a little salt and oil in the apartment. It was a tid bit cold. The power went out when we were there - maybe we had the water kettle on and all the light on. One chair was broken. The bathroom doesn't have ventilation.

What a fantastic appartment! Super modern and spacious.

The property was really clean. the beds were really comfortable and the showers were great! There were enough plates, forks etc and the kitchen had a lot of cooking gear! The owners thought of almost everything that is necessary in a rental apartment. And the location is great, with lots of stores + cafes and restaurants near and it’s easy to go from apartment to other parts of Lisbon because a lot is in walking distance or reachable by metro, tram and Uber!

The stay was really good, so we only have two small things that would make the stay even better: 1) the possibility to change towels after a few days 2) the kitchen had a lot of supplies (pans, knifes, cutting boards etc.), but if there was a small bottle of oil + some pepper and salt it would make cooking a bit easier. Because if you’re staying just a few days you have to buy a bottle of oil and throw it away afterwards because there aren’t small bottles of oils available in the store.
