Hexham Town Centre, Market Place View

Lovely location, Hexham Abbey well worth a visit, and very close to Hadrian's Wall. Recommended.

Very confusing on arrival. It was not clear which the property was (there was a plaque named Flat 25, but that was not the name we were originally given). Not only that, but the place where we were advised to park had double yellow lines and was marked NO PARKING, which made no sense. Fortunately the man who lived in No 26 arrived by chance and explained what we had to do, and that it was OK to park on the double yellow lines (although we felt uncomfortable doing so throughout our stay). If this is what is meant to happen it needs to be clearly explained in the joining instructions please - we cannot be expected to work that out for ourselves.

Lovely flat right in the centre of town on the Market Square, towels, tea and coffee supplied, comfy bed.

Every time we went out in the car we had someone parked in the parking space on our return, steps up to the flat are steep and narrow, which wasn't an issue for us but could be if you had mobility issues.

Brilliant location. Very nice decor so relaxing will be back .. 2nd visit done was just super 👌

The door was hard to lock from inside, but I have disability with my hands.

The flat was really lovely. It was comfortable and very well decorated. It had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Right in the centre. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

It was quirky. Top of a building in an unlikely place. Made shopping easy as you could drop the bags back off and go back out.

Really hard to find. You drive in and sat nav says you have arrived and you have no clue! A small map on the welcome email would go a long way to helping

It was in a fantastic location, a stones throw from the Abbey and market with lots of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the bed was really comfortable. The heating warms the rooms up really quickly too. It was an added bonus to have decent wine and champagne glasses to drink from! There are some lovely walks nearby - I recommend the walk along the river to the Boatside Inn for great food and wine.

The parking space was a bit confusing to find but host was fantastic and rang me back straight away to explain.

The property was exactly what I needed and wanted for 1 night, the location is excellent.

Nothing was wrong with my experience.
