Studio Apartment, Private Bathroom and Parking

No customer service, think its a fraud company private unprofessional company they didn't accommodate me I couldn't find the address no door number and they lied saying they was outside when the street was a ghost town. They cancelled my booking and charge me still I had to book another hotel that night. And the property number no one answering I've been calling for few days and no one answers what kind of property business is this

It's not luxury apartments it's just 1 room in a house

No space

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable for sleeping. I thought the apartment was very well located, 5 minutes from Redbridge station. I really liked it, and apart from that, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Always there to help us and make us feel comfortable, a big thank you!

Everything was correct, I liked everything

Clean, tidy and a spacious quiet location and great host

Nothing at all, private bathroom was a bonus

Check in was smooth and easy, location to tube was perfect.

Parking and key safe was good, room was clean

I'd booked next to Redbridge Tube deliberately, I recieved a call "upgrading me" but I wasn't told it was a 12 minute walk from the station and 1/2 hour further to drive in the morning

Over all everything was perfect

Didn't like pillows as they were quite big for us but everyone has their comfort

The property was clean, easy to access. Great value at this price
