Studio Apartment, Private Bathroom and Parking

At booking I have been told Netflix is available but TV wasn’t working, so lack of entertainment

The property had a check in time that finished at 9pm. When asked to extend this time as we were informed that as a gesture of goodwill £50 would be charged!£100 was taken as a deposit against noise and extra guests, this was not clear on the Booking.com website. Still waiting for this and the £2 also taken to be refunded. The room and bathroom were desperately shabby although appeared relatively clean. The television did not work. The cutlery supplied was 1 spoon. The temperature of the shower was unable to be controlled alternating between boiling hot and freezing cold. There were piles of rubbish belonging to the property outside.

Nothing was not an apartment. It is a room in a shared house . Total joke of a place .

This was advertised as a luxury apartment . It is a room in a shared house . TV broke , Shower diabolical . Beyond basic .. Do not stay here !

Only one plug working so you couldn't used microwave and toaster or kettle at the same time

The place is cheap. The customer service people are very nice.

The bed was awful: I am pretty sure they flipped the mattress on the wrong side, so I had the springs piercing my back all night long. The bathroom was incredibly tiny. The window was "shared" with the neighboring room and covered ith an opaque plastic piece. We could not see each other, but we could hear EVERYTHING. The toilet paper was left outside of the door, of the dirty moquette of the stairs, where every other guest walks. One of the windows had no tents, so there was no way to stop the light from entering.

The communication with the hosts was excellent, and they were very responsive.

The location is ok but not good value for money. Too far from the centre and not much around The apartment had very limited space because of the big beds (which were comfortable). They provided us with one towel for 3 people and enough toilet paper to last for 2 days. We got the additional towels on the second day.
