Great location. Friendly staff. Cozy apartment.

Freezer filled with ice. Very limited equipment in the kitchen. Communication was very slow.

Located heart of old town which is nice - 2 min walk to all the summer festivals in the streets of Alfama, but still a corner off so you can sleep, lots of windows and sun, nice little view of ocean, LOTS of appliances (plates, pots, etc) for the price. Small grocery store downstairs for basic needs and ATM.

Shower hose couldn’t be secured up top, and cleanliness (dust and corners) wasn’t amazing, but overall fine. If you are tall might have to duck through a couple of the doorways, but it’s part of the experience of old town.

Good location but if u dont like stairs I don’t recommend it 🤣

The location is very good

I couldn’t reach out the owner via the phone number provided on booking, so I was really worried because I couldn’t reach out to plan my check in. I found a number on Google and tried to call it instead, fortunately it worked but shouldn’t be like this. Also the balcony door is broken, so lot of cold air enters inside. There is no heating system so if you go in winter, it is going to be cold (there is only one small electric heater)

It is located in the heart of Alfama. There was a very small grocery store (with inflated prices) and a nice restaurant very close. Bed was comfortable.

Only one light in the hallway.and I was very uneasy going up the stairs in this very narrow hallway. The nali in the middle of the living room floor. No dish towels or paper towel, less than one roll of toliet paper. One container of soap for bathroom, there was nothing for shower.. The balcony is not one you can sit out in.

Property is in desired location

Property is located in building upper flor without lighting in hallway. Unlocking and opening property entrance door was extremely difficult especially in the evening when there is no lighting in hallway beside door lock and knob was malfunctioning al the time. Property do not provide parking space for the car and do not declarer it at booking com, leaving guests to suffer trying to find parking. Bedroom has no windows. Bathroom has window towards bedroom which is quite annoying for person sleeping in the bedroom, let alone the smell from the bathroom.
