Typical Portuguese Tiles

Loved the little apartment. It was very cosy and comfortable.The little kichenette was helpful for light cooking as we are vegetarian and prefer to prepare our own snacks/food. The host was good too. **Note that if you have children below 13, you dont have to pay the city tax (booking probably calculates for every member, so you have to make sure to leave the kids out).

Too many stairs. The apartment is below street level which means sometimes you will have to take the stairs down as the taxi doesnt come all the way, and then 2 flights of stairs up to the apartment. This was a problem initially as we had quite a few bags. But once settled, it was an enjoyable experience.

Good location, but definitely not worth it!

The apartment is horrible. Two people cannot function in a same room. It's definitely not what you see in the pictures. The bedroom is so small, you cannot sleep because you are always hitting the wall. The bed is blocking the path to the window so if you want to open it (or close it) you have to jump over the headboard! The chair was broken, the toilet was broken... It has the smallest windows so you get 0 air and sunlight, and off course, the only lamp was broken. It has a huge hole in the floor, and because it's completely dark in the night I almost fell every time when i was walking to the bathroom. Also, because of that hole and because of the tiny walking path, you only have space to have two backpacks inside and one small suitcase, and they take up all the living space (pictured below) IT DOESN'T HAVE ANY WIFI!!!! AND WHEN WE TALKED TO THE HOST, THEY FIRST SAID THAT THEY WOULD CHECK THE WIRES AND WHEN WE TOLD THEM THAT ITS STILL NOT FIXED, THEY JUST IGNORED MY MASSAGES (left on seen)! (Screenshot below) IF THAT ITS NOT ENOUGH, THE HOST DIDN'T TELL US THAT YOU CANNOT OPEN THE DOOR FROM THE OUTSIDE WITHOUT A KEY, SO WE GOT LOCKED OUT OF THE APARTMENT IN 21:00 IN THE EVENING, SO WHEN WE TOLD THE HOST WHAT HAPPENED, FIRST THEY SAID THAT THAT ITS NOT POSSIBLE, THAN THEY CHANED THEIR MIND, AND THEY CHARGED US 40€ TO OPEN OUR DOOR!!!!!!!! IF ALL THIS IS NOT ENOUGH, JUST TO ADD THAT WHEN WE ARRIVED THEY CHARGED US 12€ city tax... W H I C H W E A L R E A D Y P A Y E D O N B O O K I N G!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Key did not work tried for an hour and still didnt work made several calls to the owner didn’t pick up left messages did not work . Had to book a night at the Ikonik hotel and cost me 200 euros adicional . Entrance not apropriate for this market

You need to walk arround 10mn which was very. Hard with kids and luggage. The. Tv was not working and they didn’t find a solution for us only by the second day. no washing machine . But the apartment was clean.

It`s little hard to get there carrying your lugagge, a lot of stairs and it`s little far from any pace that you could get by car
