Good Location, close to the city centre of lisbon, Bed comfortable and clean.

Many ants in bathroom and bedroom, there was a whole colony of ants walking next to the wall. Shower head didn’t have a holder. Bathroom have no hooks for towels. The floors were very old and damaged

The pictures do not correspond the real place. Additional to that, the place is dusty. The stairs to get to the apartment are so dark that anyone could trip and fall. Sadly, it was a dissapointment staying at this place.

Location was good in order to get to the old part of the city

Rooms not very spacious, very tiny kitchen, ants appeared after a few days

Location - there was a lot of bars, restaurants and coffee shops surrounding the accommodation, which was very convenient.

The apartment was on the second floor and the doorway and corridors were narrow, and the steps were steep. Which made it very difficult to access with two young children and a pram. Also, the lack of parking close to the accommodation meant a lot of steps and cobbled streets which is very inconvenient with suitcases and a pram.

The location was excellent, and really central. I was out at night seeing fado in Alfama, so to be able to get back to the accommodation in 5 minutes was great. The flat was very comfortable and clean, and a lovely touch with the bottle of wine they left, as well as the good coffee. I'd definitely stay here again. I was able to store my luggage in the InLoveApartments office on Rua dos Remedios, only a few minutes walk away, which was reasonably priced, and the staff there were lovely.

The host did get all the information to me, and it was detailed and clear. However, I found communication to be a bit slow. I wouldn't have minded so much if it was made clear that entry instructions would be provided on the day of arrival, within the Booking.com app. But, the day before I wasn't sure how to access the flat, and the information on the booking indicated I'd get an email. When I didn't get a response to the phone calls I made by the evening before I was due to arrive in Lisbon, I was unsure if all would be okay. It was fine, but I'd say that if communication was slightly faster, and also if it was made clear that guests can expect to receive instructions for entering the flat just on the morning of the day of arrival, then I'd have known what to expect.
