"Great location. Rundown smelly building. Concierge slow to respond. Nicely decorated."

Location is excellent

The building smelled, was dark and very drab. Horrible first impression which made for an unpleasant entry and departure.

Location in the central, historic district of Lisbon.

Some minor issues with the plumbing (noisy) and bathroom odors (drainage traps) which were tolerable for our short stay of three nights.

"A lovely weekend in a great location"

Great location

The Wi-Fi wasn’t working which in turn meant the TV didn’t work. This was a problem as the weather wasn’t great and we had to stay in on Sunday evening. Also there was no welcome pack.

"Great stay in Lisboa!!"

This was a great location for walking everywhere. The host was always available to help. One of the guests left a piece of clothing in Porto and the host was very helpful in getting the clothing returned to us. The apartment is lovely and clean with lots of dishes etc.

"Great character family apartment in heart of Lisbon"

The location was excellent and facilities perfect for our family of five. Plenty of space to spread out and two bathrooms were wonderful. The beds were very comfortable - not too soft. Lovely character and really helped us to feel we were definitely 'experiencing' Lisbon.

Nothing really. Met our expectations and helpful host!
