Perfect location!!

Beautiful and well-equipped apartment in a great location. Comfortable beds, awesome water pressure, all the amenities we needed, great communication with host and easy to get into apartment. We also got set up with a great Fado event courtesy of the concierge.

Excellent location, very clean and beautiful apartment! Appreciated the lift access to the apartment, esp when we have an elderly with us.

The rooms are very clean.

The interior style is bit kitsch and ugly comparing to the price we paid.

The Deluxe Apartment provides 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is in an amazing location in the centre of downtown area of Lisbon, close to everything including trams and metro. Our host Joana was very approachable, helpful and very easy to contact. The apartment also provides a concierge service if you require one! The 4th floor apartment was clean and accessible by a small lift. Trams passing by, restaurants below and city noises come with this location which didn’t bother us, but if you’re a light sleeper this location may not suit you.

The bed in the largest bedroom was uncomfortable due to one side being too soft and feeling like I would roll out. The water pump for the apartment is very loud and can be heard from the bedroom when people are using water or flushing. I reported both of these things to Joana who was very helpful and advised that she will be checking and addressing these.

The location was superb. The bedrooms were spacious and there was a lift in the building to access the apartment. The windows in the bedrooms blocked out a lot of the street noise. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of hot water. The showers were great. There were TVs in every room with a good selection of channels. The WiFi worked well. The check in worked really well. The apartment felt very secure.

The toilet system was a bit noisy when any toilet in the apartment block was flushed (you do get used to this after a while). The neighbours upstairs were noisy, but I did let the host know about this and she dealt with it really well. I did get the impression from the photos that there was going to be a balcony, but there wasn’t, so I think the photo of the balcony is a little bit misleading.
