MSPC Chiado Premium Apartments

Location is very central and easy to walk around. Great showers and towels.

Hear alot of street noise at night and couldn't open windows due to noise and lights shining in windows. Wish that would have been noted in booking information. Some outlets didn't work well and beds could use a change out.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. It was a good location. The host Joana was very responsive and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked.

Bedrooms were a bit stuffy but ceiling fans and living room air conditioner helped. A bit of a sweet smell in back bathroom after running water.

Location was fantastic. Even though noisy outside when the windows were closed there was no sound. Close to lots of restaurants and transportation options.

Late to tell us how to access the property. They are not unique in waiting until the last minute to let you know the code but this makes the waiting stressful.

It was located close to everything. It was a nice apartment with everything you needed to enjoy your stay .

There was only air conditioning in the main room. The 3 bedrooms had ceiling fans. The rooms were very warm at night and it was not comfortable to sleep in them. The 3 rd bedroom was unbearable. It was so hot in there and the fan was broken and stuck on high. I couldn’t sleep in there and had to sleep on the couch where there was air. We notified Joana who did her best to fix things but it still was too hot

The location was very convenient to all. The apartment had everything needed and was very clean and neat.

Very centrally located, clean and well equipped apartment. Beds are comfortable. The lounge had air con, while the bedrooms had ceiling fans. The small lift worked effectively.

The location was great and the apartment was spotless. Beds super comfy and 2 bathrooms was nice. Nice tall windows gave it a lot of natural light. It's a place you can spend time for sure. Management was also kind and highly responsive and had a concierge available via WhatsApp to help with Lisbon suggestions.

Our only complaint is there was no balcony. The description says "The apartment features river views and a sun terrace." It does not explain there are actually multiple apartments, apparently in different buildings either because we did not see any terraces in our building. The only way to tell if your actual apartment has a terrace is to look at the icons on the selection when you book. I'm disappointed as the description should really point out there are multiple apartments - some have a terrace and some do not.

The ONE person old elevator. The exterior of the building made me think I must have the wrong address! I guess the renovation hasn’t reached the exterior. Don’t let that discourage you. It is very nice inside the apartment, very luminous.

The location is great, and overall it's a very good and a cheaper option than hotels.

There's nowhere to park near by to unload luggage. The nearest parking lot is 8 minutes on foot. We were a family of 6 (with grandparents, and children) so there was a lot of luggage. The place is quite old and could use some renovation. There's only one AC in the living room, not in the bedrooms (they have a ceiling fan) so on hot days it's problematic They kitchen is a bit small and a bit lacking in amenities for the size of the apartment, but we managed
