MSPC Chiado Premium Apartments

The apartment was in a great location and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend when traveling with a small group or family or couples just wanting extra space .

Location is great. Communication with host, very good. Host guided us to medical help when a situation arose, very thankful for her assistance. Beds were comfortable, lots of hot water for showers. We did not do any laundry (washer only) but drying rack provided. Use Uber everywhere, this service is great in Lisbon. The Elevator Restaurant was our favorite! Go, you’ll enjoy the experience.

We only stayed one night so I can’t attest to a full stay. The location is great, the apartment is spacious and cute.

The entry is very old, the building door wasn’t staying closed or locked. The entry way was a bit gloomy. The cute apartment deserves a better/safer entry. It’s an old building and like I said, we were only there one night.

הדירה נמצאת בבניין מאוד מיושן, תשתית המים גרועה, בנויה סביב משאבה רועשת בכל פעם שמשתמשים במים וגורמת לסתימה עד כדי כך שהביוב עולה ונכנס לדירה - גועל נפש. לנו זה קרה וגברת ג'ואנה לא טיפלה בזה למעלה מיום וחצי והשאירה אותנו (משפחה בת 5 נפשות בוגרים), ללא שירותים ומקלחות וכל הדירה מסריחה - תתארו לכם. ג'ואנה ניהלה את האירוע באן הכי גרוע שיש הנה הוזהרתם ! לפני שתגיעו לדירה תקבלו דף הנחיות מוזרות - לא לזרוק באסלה שום דבר חוץ מנייר טואלט כי המערכת נסתמת, לא לנעול את דלתות החדרים כי גם זה נתקע ואם לא תצייתו יגבו מכם 50 עד 100 אירו. מי שמעוניין בניקוי הדירה או החלפת מגבות או סדינים - בתשלום ! מוזר שהם מסתירים את כל ההנחיות מבוקינג לפני שמבצעים את ההזמנה - כנראה שהם מודעים לכל הבעיות. לסיכום - תתרחקו מהדירת המגעילה הזאת !!

Loud because of location

The apartment was very comfortable and a good size for our family of 4- 2 adults with 2 young adult kids. The rooms were a good size with 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. The check in/checkout process was very easy. The host was very responsive with a minor technical issue and was also very helpful with recommendations for restaurants/entertainment. The elevator was a plus as we were on the 4th floor. The apartment was very clean and was as pictured. Our apartment had large windows and a small balcony that opened to lively streets. These were sound proofed to block out street noise. The location was great! Everything we needed was nearby. Buses right out side the door and the Metro was a couple of blocks away. We were able to walk to most any place we wanted to go,

The dishwasher and washing machine were a bit difficult to use but worked fine once we figured things out.. Instructions would be helpful as they were not intuitive. The ceiling fan in the largest bedroom only had a extremely high or very low setting with nothing in between. There is only air condition in the living room. This was not a problem for us since it was not very hot out when were were there. There is a great view of very lively streets but no view of landmarks or river as described . There is no streaming service available so I recommend that you have your own available to use. The main entrance door did not lock properly. A couple of extra towels and hand towels & wash cloths would be good as well

Beds a bit uncomfortable. One of the doh les creaked badly with every move..
