MSPC Chiado Premium Apartments

The location of the apartment was fantastic, and the rooms were clean.

One of the beds was incredibly squeaky. We couldn't move without making so much noise! One our last day, the vent cover above the shower fell in the middle of the night, startling everybody.

Close to the everything

The city is extremely noisy, and the windows don’t provide any noise cancellation. Neither we nor the city sleeps with all the noise.

The location and natural lighting in the apartment was exceptional and it was extremely clean and spacious. 👍

The volume on the tv was broken for our entire stay although we were told someone would be by to fix it but no one ever did. The door to the building did not close and lock by itself and was open most of the time. Some counter space in the bathrooms would have been nice but maybe that is just a cultural difference like limited AC and dim lighting in the stairwells.

The location was perfect. Walking distance from most everything. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Joana, the host, was very responsive.

The light on the stairs was broken on one of the floors which made that section of the stairwell very dark and dangerous. The problem was reported but not fixed.

Great location, very clean, great amenities

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment with my family. The place was spacious, with a wonderful breeze, comfortable beds, and a super cozy couch in the living room/kitchen area. The tiny balcony was also a great plus, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. The apartment was fully equipped with amenities and utensils for those who enjoy cooking while away from home. The location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and public transport nearby. The building was beautiful, and the apartment really made us feel at home. Highly recommend for a family/group stay!
