Lovely stay & location

Lage war für uns super, in der Nähe vom Kongresszentrum. Bushaltestelle nur wenige Meter entfernt.

Appartement war beim Einzug nicht ganz sauber. Wasserflecken in der Dusche, Staub am Boden, Fenster teilweise schmutzig.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location was great, check-in was very easy, and the hosts were very kind and accommodating in allowing us to check in early. The apartment was also cute and nicely decorated.

We did also find a few downsides. The bed was unfortunately quite uncomfortable, and there was no space to hang anything besides the bathroom a simple hook or two could go a long way. We were also disappointed that the shower did not match the photos in the listing. The shower head was simply a small hose attachment rather than the setup shown in the pictures, which felt misleading and made showering less convenient given it was hard to get the knobs turned just right.

Very beautiful design

La limpieza del apartamento , el orden y que teníamos a nuestra disposición bastantes detalles para facilitarnos la estancia (gel, champú, aceite, sal, azúcar, especias para cocinar, utensilios de cocina, cafetera, tostadora). Todo estaba muy cuidado. Por otro lado, la comunicación con quienes gestionan el apartamento fue un 10, siempre estaban pendientes por si necesitábamos algo.

Alloggio comodissimo per la zona bellissima del lungomare, del MAAT, LX factory e del ponte 25 aprile. Si raggiunge la baixa con il tram molto facilmente. L'appartamento è moto bello e ben arredato. Dotato di tutti comfort. Proprietari molto disponibili.

La casa ha una rampa di scale un po' ripida, tipica degli alloggi portoghesi ma può essere importante da sapere se si viaggia con molti bagagli. D'inverno la casa si raffredda molto ma è disponibile un riscaldamento con stufetta e condizionatore.

Appartement bien équipé, agréable en couple avec 1 enfant.

Beaucoup trop de bruit. On entend les avions et le tram de la rue. Le bruit du pont est annoncé dans l’annonce et le bruit de la LX Factory n est finalement pas celui qui dérange le plus et il s arrête assez tot

LX factory is nice, very nearby from conference center (perfect) and well-furnished apartment (kitchen with utensils, Nespresso machine, kettle, AC). No trouble with noise when the windows are closed.

Super cosy, pretty decorated and very well equipped flat in a stunning location with an easy access to the main attractions.
