The Sunset Hideout

Good location in an old part of town. Interesting to see a traditional part of Lisbon. Supermarket very close. Viewing place very close. Nice local restaurants. Nice to have a washing machine. Good supply of detergents, cleaning products. Lovely outdoor terrace with superb view.

The bed filled the whole bedroom but not really a problem.

Apartament w Lizbonie był rewelacyjny – mieliśmy swój własny „miradouro”, z którego codziennie podziwialiśmy piękne zachody słońca. Mieszkanie jest bardzo urocze, klimatyczne i czyste. Świetnie wyposażone – w kuchni było absolutnie wszystko, co potrzebne do gotowania, a dodatkowo dostępne były środki czystości i proszek do prania. Całość urządzona z dbałością o detale, co sprawiało, że pobyt był niezwykle komfortowy. Na pewno tam wrócę!

Ubicación ideal para poder ir andando a muchos sitios, tranvía a 3 minutos. Te ofrecen vino y fruta a la llegada. Es perfecto para parejas.

We loved The Sunset Hideout. The apartment is very well stocked, very clean and was in the best location to explore beautiful Lisbon. The terrace also had the most amazing views and sunsets, perfect after a busy day exploring.

This is an absolutely stellar apartment in a perfect location if you'd like to stay in a stunning area that is also quiet and away from the chaos of the centre. There's a large supermarket around the corner with a fresh orange juice machine, lots of brilliant restaurants and some cute bars. A short walk down the hill is Alfama, also the Fiera de Ladra flea market which is a vibe, the Fado Museum and then a short walk further and you're in the centre. The apartment is spacious and feels good, although the bedroom doesn't have much space, it's not needed, go there to sleep and use the wardrobe. The hosts left us fruit and a bottle of wine, much appreciated gesture, and they have created a wonderful book of very useful tips for eating, beaches, day trips and even ideas for sunset run route. The terrace is just gorgeous, the views unreal, we spent time sunbathing, reading and eating breakfast there, watching sunsets. There's a little pond with a fish. The living area also lovely to catch the evening rays of sun through the french doors. I have to also praise the cleanliness, something very important to me and the cleaning lady did a great job, good facilities in the kitchen also with coffee machine and blender. I also loved the rituals body and hand wash in the bathroom, very nice little touches. Shower pressure also great. Valeria was also a most accommodating host and always on hand to help. I hope to come back next time

If I had to give constructive criticism it would be that there is a damp smell in the wardrobes, it was really not a problem for us though and wouldn't stop us coming back.

Comfortable apartment in good location. Fabulous roof terrace with views over city. Well equipped kitchen and other facilities. Lots of cupboard space/storage. Few minutes walk to good supermarket and tram stop.

The bedroom is rather small with minimal circulation space round bed.

Perfect place to stay in Lisbon. Everything we needed was supplied. Balcony and view are incredible. Hosts were kind and extremely helpful.

Liked location enjoyed local neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and shops.
