Loved the Sunset patio. Valeria was very responsive. They thought of every little thing that we might need.

Great facilities and an awesome view

Exceptional!! I simply adore this place and it is telling that this is my second visit. Valeria is a fantastic manager of this place - and is always super helpful. The bedroom is so sweet and comfortable, the living room is simply amazing - and well connected to the true gem of this place - a huge balcony that has a spectacular overview of the city. The kitchen has everything you need and indeed this place is in short distance from a great local store so it is easy to cook. But this place is also excellently located to find delicious restaurants and caffeés just around the corner or just a few streets above and bellow. I use this place while I have to stay in Lisbon for work, and as such it is fantastic to relax in and write. But I can also see this as a great place for couples on a romantic holiday!

Nothing :) This place is simply the best! The added fishes on the balconies is a great touch, but guest should be careful not to frighten them.

Great apartment in a great location with friendly and helpful welcome.

Nothing, apart from the fact that we were unlucky with the weather. High winds caused some minor damage to patio furniture and outside plant pots.

Excellent 1 bed apartment, with everything required for a comfortable stay. Kitchen facilities for anyone wishing to cook, we choose to eat out but did use the kitchen for tea, coffee & toast and the fridge for keeping wine & water chilled. Complimentary fruit bowl, bottle of red wine and chocolates on pillow provided on arrival. Lovely outside area, which is great when the weather is warm. We stayed out of season so had a bit of rain but did spent time outside for the view of the city. Netflix account logged in and free to use with the smart TV. Nice and quiet residential area but close enough to a variety of decent bars & restaurants and transport options for the city centre.

The bedroom is on the small side but nothing that could be altered to improve this. Could only have 1 person at a time in the room to dress. The bed was comfortable and a good size for 2. Property adequate for 2 people on a short stay but perhaps not so great for a family staying for longer. Also, the bath towels provided could be bigger.

The location was perfect - such a sweet neighborhood, full of character. Plenty of good restaurants, drinks, fado, cheese, shopping (though we’re not shoppers). The castle, cathedral are nearby, great port tasting at Taylor’s. Close to tram. Walking distance to Metro and Rossio. We loved the challenge of the hills and walked everywhere. Valeria was great to accommodate our late arrival. The apartment is adorable, overlooking Lisbon, giving great views of the sunset. Highly recommend!🥰

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Valeria was waiting at the apartment when we arrived, and she took time to familiarize us with the amenities and answered all our questions. There was a detailed book on the coffee table explaining about the city and offering suggestions for restaurants and activities. So helpful! The apartment is modern and has a lot of natural light, has good heating, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, TV streaming service, and pleasant dining area. The patio was the highlight for us. It has a beautiful view, is quiet, has comfy patio furniture, a fish pond, and faces west so you can enjoy the beautiful sunset each evening. Even though you need to walk uphill to reach the apartment, it is very near to excellent restaurants, a large supermarket, bakeries, etc. If you have a car, it will be challenging to find parking. It is close to the trolley and bus route, so it's easy to get around the city using public transportation. The bottle of wine and fresh fruit that was on the table upon our arrival was much appreciated!

Although kitchen is very well equipped, it would be nice to have more than 3-4 pieces of cutlery. The bedroom is tight, so both our bags couldn't fit. Walk from metro is all uphill and challenging with luggage. Highly recommend taxi or Uber from airport!
