Great location nice bedrooms and clean.

The location, apartment is well equipped, beds are comfortable and the unit is quiet despite being in a very busy section of town.

There are about 100 stairs to climb which might be too many stairs for some people.

The location was central to amenities, a bakery next door and plenty of cafes and restaurants. Ricardo’s communication was excellent, checking to make sure we didn’t need anything and if everything was okay. He was very patient with us when we couldn’t open the door with the code given.

There was a bit of noise from the road but it didn’t bother us.

The apartment did not match the photos in the listing. The photos seem to have been taken when the apartment was new, but the current condition is very different. The walls were dirty and had visible cracks, the bed headboard was very worn and stained, and some surfaces showed clear signs of poor maintenance. There were also humidity issues in the bathroom and kitchen. The door leading to the internal staircase did not close properly and appeared to be broken. Overall, the apartment looked much more used and less maintained than expected based on the photos.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral.

Betreffend Sauberkeit. Soreche ich nicht von der Oberflächlichkeit. Die Putzfrau war da wir konnten kurz unser Gepäck einstellen. Sie hat ihr bestmögliches gegeben. Die Wohnung müsste Mal grundlegend an gewissen Orten verbessert werden. Der Tisch in der Küche ist schmuddelig. In der Ecke in der Küche hat es Schimmel. Im Bad riecht es ebenfalls modrig.

Problème de wifi des notre 2e jour mais prise en charge très rapide par le personnel. Non réparé avant notre depart car lié a un problème extérieur a l'appartement. Grille pain et lave vaisselle non fonctionnels Hauts de fenêtres/ murs moisis par toute la pluie tombée avant notre arrivée
