All things worked as expected - heating, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, hot water, kettle, washing machine. Great central location. Staff helpful and responsive. Spacious apartment.

A bit tatty generally and in need of a refresh - walls marked, cupboard doors not aligned in kitchen, doors difficult to close. Bathroom cabinet very tatty. Kitchen table had many bits chips and cuts, kitchen chairs cushions dusty. Kettle lid mechanism was broken, but kettle worked. Sofa cushion tatty. Expensive given these items

The location was amazing. About 20m from the metro and central to An amazing pedestrian street.

It’s on the 4th floor so if you have a lot of luggage or older people who can’t manage stairs, this might be a challenge. We had an issue with the water heater but Ricardo the host sorted it out. The building isn’t soundproof so If you are sensitive to noise it could be a challenge.

Excellent location, well furnished big apartment with all equipment.

There is no elevator in the building (traditional old town house) and for the 4th and 5th floors it can be a bit uncomfortible.

Location of the flat. But there are over 80 steps to the apartment, with a very low bannister.

It was not clean. Mold around the shower. Beds were not clean, bedding with marks on, pillows were old and unclean. Fridge was iced up. Window in bedroom would not close.

Location was awesome.

There was an awful neighbor. The renter next door was loud, and disruptive. They basically destroyed our sleep on Monday night. A horrible fight occurred outside the apartment front door.

Great location, clean and hosts very attentive.

Washer machine wasn’t working.

Location is perfect.

Shower and the bathroom was not clean enough and worn down. It is a top floor with stairs and for anyone over 50 like us, it is difficult. Also the roof makes most of the area unusable. We keep on hitting our head in the small bedroom.
