location, excelent

no view at all. 6th floor with no elevator no water bottles as a welcome to guests (as in every other apartment we rented) not good quality towels tv in mail room did not work door knob of the door in secod floor falls. Apartment needs some fixing and renovation

Great location and attentive host. The apartment was large and in a great location.

I did not realize there was no A/C and as we had young kids, we didn't feel comfortable leaving the windows open.

Only the location

I don't like to write something like that but I think it's necessary...its a 4th floor without elevator. we are a family with large bags. The aggressive neighbor insulted and attacked us. Beds are not good. Have not AC (we didnt read this but sincerely its in the description-our fault). We leave a night before to expired our stay.

"Great location with subpar accommodations……"

Location was great

Outdated and dirty. The linens were dirty and there was mold in the shower. Headboard to bed was worn away and all the ways had dirt marks on them. If this place was priced up it would be a gem.
