Good quiet location and cheap price

Issues with alarm entry code on two ocassions. One ocassion was at 1.15am and was told that there was nothing they could do and telling me to get a room somewhere else for the night. Then put the phone down on me! Had to purchase my own toilet paper. Only two tiny hand towels available. Woken up early one morning by the builders working on site. Issues City Tax payment and collection

Location.

Its cold, currently the house is under construction, but nobody said about it. In the apartments you have basement, its dark, cold and scary, you definitely will not feel comfortable, especially because of glass door. Bring towels with you, dont expect that you will have them or it will be old hand size towels. In real life apartments looks worse than on picture, so if you choose this apartment dont expect alot.

Words can’t even describe our experience here. It was so bad we had to leave half way I was told to contact 1 hour before arrival. I called 5-6 times with no answer, left us stranded outside the apartment in the the dark, luckily we had a Lithuanian speaker with us that was able to translate with a neighbour and they let us in after 1 hour of waiting. As we walked into the apartment we noticed cockroaches crawling everywhere and other small insects. There is basically no heating in that apartment it is COLD, we had to sleep with jackets the host refused to answer calls. Instead of taking feedback from other guests who have complained about the same thing and maybe buying a cheap portable heater this host does absolutely nothing about the situation. This is also the first place I have ever seen to give smelly hand towels as a shower towel … Just to mention that this building is a full on construction site. Garbage thrown from the construction workers in front of the apartment… The only positive I have to say is that the bed was relatively comfortable and the table had a cool design I have attached pictures to everything said in this review.

Location of the apartment is convenient. It was pretty clean except of the rubbish from the builders outside

All communication with owner of the apartment was extremely bad. It was really cold in the apartment. Building is under renovation, and during some days electricity was turned off. Everything in the apartment is relying on the electricity, except of the gas cooking surface. But there were not even fire stickers, so we could not even make a tea one morning. If you order baby bed for extra 15 EUR, you have to bring your own linen. Otherwise you have to pay 30 EUR more for the linens. And it makes no sense to book this apartment to stay with a baby, if you want to sleep separately from your baby. Towels were awful, I have never seen before that hand size towel is supposed to be used for everything. So we had to buy our own towels. It almost wasn't even toilet paper, so we had to buy it also. Sofa in the bigger room is different from the pictures here. There were only 2 chairs, not enough to eat together at the same table for 3 persons. And there were not enough plates and mugs. There is no any real door between 2 rooms in the apartment.
