KNYSNA Breakwaters Haven

The accomodation was really average. Nothing that would I recommend to anyone personally.

The front seating deck area could be accessed by anyone. So there was no privacy sitting in your lounge. The lounge area had no TV. The 2nd room has a connecting door to the servants quarters which could not be locked. Anyone could essentially walk into your apartment or room while you were inside. The couches are very old and hard. The curtains were full of holes and the apartment had a very damp smell. The shower water was cold in the morning. Parking is not good at all, it's over packed most of the time, making getting in and out difficult.

False advertisement. I was than asked by the Linda the agent 2 days before my stay to cancel because they had someone who had a better offer. That time i had booked months before coming. When i got there i was removed from the room i booked and given a backroom with no activities like pool etc. All the way from Cape town to a backroom. I am so disappointed and never will recommend any one to book here.

No breakfast was provided. Self catering facility.

Nothing really. Everything was in place.

I stayed there two days Towels not changed Room not cleaned No access to the pool

Nothing the agent lied with everything and never apologised or make an effort to apologise to all of the guests .

Nothing at all we didn’t even take pictures nor stay we dropped our clothes then come at night and slept . We were both so unhappy . They are so unprofessional I won’t recommend any one to ever go there .

The bathroom had a very bad sewage smell and needs more ventilation
