Everything plus paid deposit per room. And the room's was disgusting. The beds was wetted and smelled bad

Location and Cost was great and generally OK but needs a touch of updating especially the furnishings. Having a fridge, microwave, working kitchen was great too.

The Company uses a deposit scheme. In my instance the web page failed, I had no access to Internet but company still insisted on a deposit which was taken over the phone. This is wrong. This should be resolved the day before the booking as when travelling it is always not possible to share financial information. Also return of the deposit after a room check took some persuasion, a number of phone calls and email. This aspect can definitely be improved. The swiping door codes do take a few attempts.

Update: 17/06/26. After contacting Easy Sleeps with regards to £50 missing from my deposit with no information as to why. They've recently told me they kept half it due to the shower door being broken. As seen in my earlier review, I didn't use the shower due to the condition of it but the lack of communication of this has left a bad taste in my mouth. Furthermore, I always take the liberty of taking pictures of places I stay in so I have proof of the condition of the room. Please give me my money back. The keypad used to unlock the room door took about 10 tries and some assistance from another guest who also struggled. The room I stayed in (Room 6) was located on the ground floor right next to the front door. Whenever the front door was slammed, the vibrations could be felt through the room and the old windows let alot of road noise in The bed was presented well but the bathroom had hairs in the shower and looked uninviting so I didn't use it. Stains on the carpet also. A £100 room deposit is required although to date I have only been given £50 of that back with no information as to why the full amount was not refunded Although it was cheap, I wouldn't stay again and I'm glad it was only for one night

Walking through the main door up-to your Stuido was very clean and smart. Was warm through the night, didn’t have any issues at all with how hot or cold it was, it was just right.

There was stains in the toilet, on carpets and on walls. Over all cleanliness was very very poor. The duvet was full of stains. The bedside table and the dressing table both had damage to them. There was missing feet off the electric radiator and the back was missing over the remote. There was holes in the walls in the bathroom. Fridge was dirty and the cutlery in the cupboards were also dirty. The bed however was comfortable even though I had to go and buy my own duvet. I raised my concerns with the company to be told that it would be passed to the relevant team but didn’t hear anything after this or nor did anyone come to the room.
