Full draught coming in fron window that didn't even have half glass in. So all cars vould be heard from outside.

no kitchen - a kettle, fridge and sink is not a Kitchen, i expected to be able to make myself a simple meal. Couldn't use the iron as it was black and left tar marks on my clothes. No TV channels, no internet. Blinds missing from the window, had to use the bath towels to block out the view. Mattress springs hard and uncomfortable. No lock on the inside of the room, so did not feel safe and was unable to sleep. Shower was mouldy.

We stayed in rooms 4,8&9 there was Lack of hygiene in the room ie mould in the shower, no bulb in the lamp, tv remotes didn't work so unable to use tv, stains on the walls, wife got ill from the mould and caught a chest infection due to being immune suppressed in room 8 and floor lifting in the bathroom as water leaks out of the shower stain on the mattress in room 4 2 single mattresses pushed together in room 4 and 8 very uncomfortable crumbs and food in the top of the fridge in room 9.

Exclten value for money. Clean. Good location.

Did not all receive all the room codes on time, which caused stress/
