"I will and do stay anywhere but I won’t be returning to this one."

Easy to access the room, didn’t smell.L, clean bedding.

Board over the window, sign for the hotel was on the outside of room 11, and when it moved in the wind it creaked through the wall, it was loud. I can sleep anywhere so I was ok but glad I wasn’t with my partner. Walls were a bit mucky, could feel every spring in the bed.

"Unconditional as their was no shower gel.soap or even washing up liquid. Absolutely unacceptable"

No shampoo or shower gel or soap bar. Absolutely disgusting this was i was left so upset.. nothing at all
