Booked it then half hour later asked for a deposit which I didn’t have didn’t state you needed a deposit see if I get a refund

Convenience of Location, Clean and Comfortable, Good value

I have been a regular at this establishment for a number of years whilst visiting family, However, Unfortunately this visit: No Ironing Board in room as usual, Internet died after second night, Leak in kitchen upstairs required water to be turned off, so heating not working on last night (-3), and I get the distinct impression it's being used as a knocking shop.

Good value for money

Not very clean and windows very thin

Very cold room that did not get warm even until morning.
