Hellen is a great owner, very helpful and the apartment is in a great location to explore the city centre of Madrid. If you arrive with a car, like we did, ask the owner as she can reserve a parking spot in the garage of the building, super easy. The area is really quiet and this house is perfect for a large family, group of friends.

The hosts (Hellen and her daughter Alejandra) were very responsive and helpful. They met us personally upon arrival and were kind enough to store our luggages in one of their units since our flight was still in the evening. Location was also good-very near Metro and shops/restos🥰
