"Can’t wait to be back!"

Helen was fantastic! She was super friendly and meet us upon arrival, helped us with parking (accommodating a 9 person van) and suggested great restaurants and places to go. The apartment was impeccable, spacious and in an excellent location! Walking distance to everything. 100% recommend this place!

Excellent location, appreciated the 4 bathrooms for a big family like ours. A/C working alright. Well maintained building, presence of lift to the top floor a plus.

Kitchen+cleaning essentials and more natural light in 2 of the bedrooms would have been appreciated. The sofa bed in one of the rooms is very uncomfortable. Pics look slightly better than actual flat.

"Would recommend to everyone visiting Madrid! Comfy and quiet, but close to shops and restaurants!"

Great spacious studio for our family. Super quiet but one minute walk to Gran Via and all the action! Comfy beds, clean space, and the kitchen was perfect for us. Staff was super responsive and helpful. TV Remote needed new batteries and a staff member brought new batteries right away!

"Centrally located but a little loud."

I really liked out host, she was super sweet and accommodating. I appreciated she took time to meet us to provide he keys and show us around the space.

The A/C did not work properly, he had some bad nights because it was hot inside :(. In addition, the area is close to Gran Via which is great but it got loud several nights. If you are a light sleeper DO NOT stay here. Our last night was a Friday and you could hear lots of noise from outside and inside the building. In addition, like at 3 am the alarm went off and it scared us. Lastly, I don't appreciate the low quality toilet paper (we had to ask for more and even needed to buy extra) and small garbage bins. Host might consider offering better quality toilet paper and larger bins or trash bags to use.
