Claudio the owner was very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The host, Claudio, was extremely nice and helpful. A traditional cozy house in a quiet suburb, good location, walking distance from the bus station to Venice. Modern bathroom, the apartment needs some maintenance work done but for a short stay it was ok. If we return to Venice we will gladly stay there.

It is accessible to supermarkets and bus station.

We booked it because we were a group of 3 friends and needed two rooms and 3 proper beds.

The quality of furnishing is very poor, and the beds provided were very uncomfortable. The water heater tank was finished with hot water after only one person took a bath, and we had to wait an hour for the water to heat up again! It’s important to note that a 4-star hotel within the same neighborhood was charging the same amount for a triple accomodation room and included breakfast!!

A cosy, comfortable setup and the host, Claudio was excellent. His warmth and briefing was what allowed us to see Venice in such a short time.

Some facilities like the locking system in the washroom (multiple people travelling, one requires a lock/ latch in the washroom)…. We had a few unwelcome guests like centipedes and spiders in the bedroom… Rest was awesome….
