The location is a good starting point for visiting Venice by tram. The stop is 2 minutes away.Carlos is great!

My family and I had an amazing stay at this property! The place was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He provided us with fantastic suggestions for exploring Venice, which made our trip even more special. The location is also very convenient, just a 40-minute tram ride away from Venice, allowing us to enjoy the city while staying in a peaceful area. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Great location, you can get to Venice by tram for 1.50€ each way (the owner gave us clear instructions and a map) and it was a great solution than going by car (couldn't find a parking space in Venice, had to go back to Mestre). The owner treated us to a craft Prosecco, which was very nice and appropriate after the road in the hot weather. Thank you for your hospitality! If we are in Venice again, we will gladly stay here.

The proximity to the tram that goes to Venice. It takes 3 minutes to reach the tram stop and 40 minutes to get to Venice. Really convenient. Claudio, who is a really nice person, gave us a lot of information about Venice.

Although it was apparently clean on the surface, the corners and the floor below the beds weren’t. The smoke extractor in the kitchen was really greasy. A thorough cleanliness wouldn’t be a bad idea.
