It had everything we we needed for a comfortable stay. Near to tramlines so very easy to get to Venice

No concerns

The Host is amazing, so friendly and helpful. He gave us a welcome champagne and gave us a ride to the train station because of a heavy rain. The location was very comfortable and the house was clean. Definitely would go there again!!!

Nice house and garden area, lovely host Claudio who gave is lots of instructions on transport and recommendations on places to see in Venice. Kitchen equipment available to make simple meals.

We were greeted warmly by our host. He also took my daughter and grandson to the airport. Once we had orientated ourselves it was easy to find our way around the Veneto district. It was wonderful to sit outside in the evening.

The kitchen was a little poor however we made the best of the circumstances.

A beautiful and cozy house in a quiet suburb, completely matches the description and photo. Claudio was very kind and hospitable and gave a lot of useful information about transport and places nearby and in Venice.

The host Claudio helped us with all information and also treated us with a bottle of Prosecco as we arrived. His hospitality is top notch and reminded me greatly of my Nana. There is also a parking space available in the street. There is a tram stop and bus stop right across the street and Claudio will guide you well how to get there and to the city of Venice.

It is a very old apartment and there could be some maintenance work done. Nevertheless, we were only there for a short stay and it didn’t bother much. It is a duplex house. So, if there are elderly people with you, they must climb stairs to get to the main bedroom. However no complaints, all thanks to the host.
