SUNNYSIDE APARTMENT - Spacious 2 Bedroom Ground Floor with Free Parking In Kendal, Cumbria

The property was in an excellent location for kendal and other areas in the lakes.

Some areas need addressing

Fantastic location within easy walking distance of the city centre & just round the corner from the Factory Tap (recommended). The property is opposite a park and a few minutes walk from the castle. Perfect for anyone travelling with a dog - as we were. The flat is comfortable and well-appointed with everything needed for our stay. One of the hosts left a handwritten note welcoming us to the property with a contact number if we needed anything - a lovely, personal touch!

The property is a bit tired in places and in need of some attention. But this did not detract from our stay and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sunnyside or book again.

The apartment is great for us, we have used it a couple of times now when visiting family in Kendal with our ageing GSD. I will make the same comments as last time, the bathroom could do with a bit of TLC and the lock box for the keys is far too low for anyone with movement issues (which is most of us at this age).

some of the furniture could do with updating and more wardrobe space and tv needs updating
