Lovely quiet setting and very near the centre and walks

Quaint little apartment with everything we needed for our stay, and great location just a short walk from the castle.

There were quite a few spiders there during our stay but not the host’s fault!

A great private and clean apartment and great location for a visit to the lakes. It is larger than expected with all the amenities we needed and more. Prior yo arrival, Ben was great at sending an easy to follow guide , so arrival was really easy and parking was perfect - thanks Ben :) Upon arrival we had a lovely welcome note written and milk, tea, coffee and other bits were available in the kitchen for us. The apartment is close to quiet parks and the castle, as well as being a very short walk away from some great pubs and food stores available in Kendal, which was ideal. Windmere and other lake towns are only a short drive away, so you can make the most of your visit to the lakes. We will certainly be looking to book again in the future for our next visit to the lakes. Fantastic!

Location was fabulous. A walk up the hill to Kendal castle. A quiet area . Apartment was comfortable and with cooking facilities.
