SUNNYSIDE APARTMENT - Spacious 2 Bedroom Ground Floor with Free Parking In Kendal, Cumbria

Great location for what we needed to do in Kendal. Very easy to get to following a long trip up. Spacious rooms and had everything we needed. It was nice to get a handwritten note from Merv who lived upstairs to explain things further and a close point of contact should we need anything. The milk in the fridge was a nice touch as we needed a brew after travelling.

Working the keypad at night was troublesome but eventually got there. Would have been nice it was higher up.

Very well equipped, spacious flat in a quiet location but within easy walking distance of Kendal town centre. Parking is available at the property, either with a parking permit on one side of the street, or without the permit on the other side of the street.

Cosy, warm and inviting. Location was great for accessing everything in Kendal by foot.

Tired in places, in need of some TLC (bathroom, outside area, scuffed skirtings etc)

Location was very good. Property was spacious and well equipped.

We were unlucky with the weather and property needed a long time to warm up.
