Location, views, historic nature of building, layout of apartment to provide seperate space for children and plenty of space for a family of five.

Four flights of stairs and no elevator was difficult with luggage for a family of five. But this was known at the time of booking and we made it work.

The location was great, centrally located to nice restaurant and things to do. What stood out for us more so was the service we received. Henrique was very accommodating, constantly messaging us and making sure we are are ok plus giving tips on things to do. I would book just for the service alone.

What an amazing stay and experience. If I ever come back to Lisbon, I would only book with Henrique and Pedro at one of their Nest@Lisbon apartments. They are the perfect host - couldn’t be any better. The communication with them is super easy and one of the team always responds immediately. Everyone is super friendly, helpful and welcoming. They give you great tips and help with any question you might have. They also try to give you highest flexibility with your check in and check out. There is someone personally greeting you at your arrival. The apartment is nicely decorated, spacious and super clean and maintained. It‘s at the heart of the city center - you step out of the door and have everything infront your nose. I also loved the great restaurants and breakfast places just next doors. Though it’s in the center, it’s quiet and one sleeps well. For me this is the one and only place to stay in Lisbon. Try it and you will fall in love with it too. You only should not book this apartment if you have problems with your knees or hip because you have to climb 50 very steep stairs. Thanks to the entire team for this incredible experience.🙏😇❤️

as per the description there are a lot of stairs up to the apartment but as long as this doesn’t bother you this is an exceptionally clean apartment which is beautifully presented

Loved the authentic look and feel of the apartment, while still being practical and in a fabulous neighbourhood to explore Lisbon. The communication with the owners was exceptional, and I loved the information they shared we us about great places to eat and explore. The Fado restaurant was a highlight.

The stairs were quite a challenge with all our luggage after a 48 hour trip to get here. But I knew this before booking and it was still worth the climb. I’d just forgotten what European stairs are like!

The location and layout are great. Perfect place to stay for a family.

The location is excellent - central and convenient to everything. It has all the facilities you could want. The hosts are absolutely the best. Helpful and friendly - always available if needed.
