Estaba todo muy limpio y estaba bien provisto de todo lo necesario para estar varios días allí

Eché en falta el aire acondicionado. Pero cada habitación tenía un ventilador que nos alivió mucho el tremendo calor que hizo esos días

Location was excellent!!!

Bathroom and Kitchen were not clean. The apartment is short on glasses and wine glasses.

VERY SUNNY APARTMENT, SPACIOUS, WELL EQUIPPED, AREA WAS FAIRLY CLOSE TO CENTER, BUT ON A VERY BIG AND BUSY ROAD

AFTER A LOT OF SCANNING ON BOOKING COM WE BOOKED THE APARTMENT ON THE BASIS THAT IT HAD 4 SEPARATE BEDS, UPON ARRIVAL WE FOUND OUT THAT THERE WERE ONLY THREE !!! BEDS, AND WERE FORCED TO USE THE COUCH IN THE COMMON LIVING AREA. WE ARE FOUR GIRLS (FRIENDS) WHO LIKE THEIR PRIVACY AND BEAUTY SLEEP, IT WAS EXTREMETLY DISSAPPOINTING TO DISCOVER THAT THE DESCRIPTION ON BOOKING COM DID NOT MEET THE TRUTH. SO BE CAREFUL AND CHECK BEFORE YOU BOOK IF YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED FOUR BEDS.... ALSO, BE CAREFUL, IF YOU ARE ASKED TO PAY ANY EXTRA TAX FEES CHECK THAT IT HAS BEEN ALREADY PAID ON YOUR BOOKING COM PAYMENT

Location is very nice

Facilities are old. One door knob doesn’t even work. Doesn’t feel clean, especially the toilet.The middle room smells bad.

This apartment is in a great location and good value for money, at least in the low season when we visited. It worked really well for five guests, sharing, and we had almost everything we needed to feel comfortable. it's a quiet building, and there is a lift. We were able to walk to many things we wanted to see in the city, otherwise buses, trams and Metro also are accessible.

It could use some updating and lacks some expected items like a coffee maker or a full set of wine glasses. It was also quite cold, although electric heaters were provided. Communication was thorough, perhaps too thorough, as we received many (up to 5) reminders about penalty fees for late arrival, the local tax, etc. before arriving and were passed from 1 to 2 then a third contact to arrange key pick-up. This was all done professionally and politely, but it meant that the days prior to arrival didn't feel smooth, they felt stressful. I would encourage the owner to invest a little in the property and to dial-down the automated messages to guests.
