Traditional apartment in Lisbon really clean and with groceries and cafes around. Close to the train station and city centre

In the second day the hot water didn’t work properly so, we had to use chill water in the shower

Staff really helpful...home away from a home

No air conditioning....tons of fans ...but not the same....only issue was this ...everything else was perfect

The property is in a good location & big with 3 bedrooms.

The living room had not been dusted, I had to get a cloth & wipe down units. The rest of the apartment was clean though so maybe this was an oversight. However, we had no hot water at all for the duration of the stay & had to endure cold showers which isn’t great after a day out sightseeing and exploring. We did report the hot water issue to the person who checked us in to the apartment and his response was to let the water run have a quick shower & then let the boiler fill again…..there was no hot water!!!! The screams from the cold shower did make us laugh though and it will give us stories to tell for years to come though. Thank goodness for dry shampoo!! Lisbon is fantastic though & we will be back but not to this apartment.

Amazing apartment and location. Very friendly staff.

We stay at this apartment for 4 nights. We travel all around Europe and it was one of our best experience! On arrival we found sweet surprise. Flat was clean, fragrant, cozy, in kitchen was everything that you can imagine for need. In living room was everything for your entertainment or relax. There was time when we just wanna stayed on couches becouse it was sooo comfy :) Rooms was big, beds pleasant and comfortable. I sleep whole stay as in my bed at my home. Our host Sofia was kind, friendly, helpful and sooo caring. She cares our whole stay if we are okay and we dont need something or some help. We felt like at home. Lisbon is our fav city and Im sure when I Come back with friends we contact Sofia again and it will be our honor to stay in her apartment again. Thank you very much. Ivana and friends.
