Classic & Super Central Apartment by LovelyStay

L’emplacement était très bien, le logement très beau et propre, conforme aux photos.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas en canicule et la réponse reçue de l’établissement était que nous avions des ventilateurs à disposition. La salle de bain était très propre, mais avait une mauvaise odeur. Il fallait monter 4 étages à pied avec nous bagages lourds, à considérer pour les personnes ayant moins de mobilité.

Excellent location and as described. No surprise there are some steps to 4th floor! Very well furnished and serviced property.

Gaining access is a bit fiddly but remote team was helpful. Getting a follow-up invoice (as requested when booking and on provider‘s portal) is a complete DISASTER! They FAILED to deliver despite multiple direct requests and via booking.com customer service. NOT professional and NOT good lovely.stay.

Perfectly arranged apartment with an eye to the detail - I felt immediately at home. :)

very clean. Central location

Check-in took us two hours. We arrive at before 10 pm and check in about 12 am. It is hard to find and hard to connect to the phone line with the right people. Almost brought us to sleep on the street. The entrance gate can not open by key every time we get back to the apartment. we need to call the manager company. Inconvenience.

Location

Aircon not working (37 degrees c) and owner knew in advance and did not inform us. Dark dingey and dusty 9 flights of stairs. Open wrought iron stairs definitely not suited for anyone with vertigo. Not met at premises as advertised so on the street for unnecessary time trying to get in (got in by other occupant leaving!)

The apartment is very clean spacious, and in an excellent location. The staff was extremely helpful, accomidating and friendly. I will definitely book there again on future trips and highly recommend this to anyone.

- The apartment was big, nice with fresh renovation and comfy furniture - it was equipped with new household appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine, Induction cooker, etc. - comfortable, soft and clean bed linen - location of apartment is perfect: very close to the center, to the pier, shopping streets, cafe and restaurants and to bus and train stations. - located in a quite street - I liked Lisbon itself very much thanks to the people in the city who was polite, nice and kind to us.

- host service was strange (by LovelyStay): 1) the phone on booking.com is not for calls, it is for WhatsApp messages. No phone number for calls was provided. 2) we followed instructions of LovelyStay to get entrance to the building, however nobody responded to our messages in WhatsApp when we arrived (we informed about our arrival time in advance) and we had to stay for a while outside until the neighbor opened the door. And we got no explanation for that, just apologies. 3) per neighbor who opened the door and let us enter the building "the host from 4th floor never appears and all guests stay out until one of the neighbors opens the door" 4) LovelyStay responded only when we were inside the apartment. 5) LovelyStay didn't help us with using air conditioners, while it was cold in the apartment (and we didn't use it during our stay, but there were heaters and we used them instead) - they just stopped responding to us. 6) we informed them about problems with shower door - they promised to come and fix it, but never appeared. - the apartment on 4th (actually on 5th) floor and there is no elevator. Be prepared to carry suitcases up the stairs.

More pillows and some cushions on the sofas. Shower door needs fixing.

Great location and a very nice layout. Worked well for a family of four. Marta made checkin very easy.

It does require stairs but after a day or two in Lisbon, you'll have no issues.
