2 beautiful bdr upscale flat embracing Tejo!

Fantastiskt läge (lokal känsla före turiststråk) och otrolig mysig och välplanerad lägenhet. Älskade den och den lilla balkongen med utsikt över takåsarna.

Good location in a fairly quiet street. Near a cosy square/park with several good restaurants and cafes. Bus and tram nearby. The flat was nicely renovated.

Flat a bit hard to heat in mid March even with aircon and electric heater.

- Super emplacement (quartier dynamique, super vue et rue calme) - Très joliment décoré et appartement bien équipé

- Attention ! Immeuble très vétuste, nous avons été surpris en arrivant de l’état de l’immeuble, de gros problème d’entretien, certaines parties de l’appartement sont condamnées pour risque d’effondrement (une sdb et un balcon de condamné). - En hiver : de gros problèmes d’humidité, de la moisissure était présente autour des fenêtres (à l’intérieur de l’appartement) - Électricité qui a sauté une dizaine de fois si plusieurs appareils étaient branchés (ex. Chauffage + lave vaisselle)

I absolutely loved my stay here. The apartment was spotless and cozy, and the neighborhood felt calm and welcoming. It was so easy to get around — the 22B bus stop was just around the corner, making trips into the city simple. After exploring Lisbon all day, coming back to this peaceful place and watching the sunsets was the perfect way to end each evening. I’d happily stay here again.

The only thing I didn’t like was leaving — I wish I had stayed longer to catch more sunsets :P
