The house was clean and well equipped, the owners helpful and polite. Yet the pictures depicting it are not exact, it has no a/c but a gas stove that might annoy or even be dangerous for children when lit/turnt on. The house is close to Belem Tower and many universities. It has an amazing store just around the corner which can provide all the necessary. The parking is also an amenity as you can always park across this tiny street. Driving distance to city center is about 15 mins. A good overall experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an apartment in Lisbon, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. This cozy haven provided the perfect base for my party of four, with its comfortable double bed and additional sleeping arrangements on the sofa. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in this beautiful city. One of the standout features of this apartment was its small yet charming garden. It provided a tranquil retreat where we could unwind and enjoy the pleasant weather. The serenity of the garden made our stay even more memorable and gave us a sense of peace and relaxation. What truly set this apartment apart was the breathtaking view from the window. We were fortunate enough to have a magnificent vista of a nearby palace, which added a touch of grandeur to our stay. The sight was truly mesmerizing, and we couldn't help but marvel at it every day. The apartment's location was also a major plus. With two local coffee bars in close proximity, we had the opportunity to experience the authentic flavors of Lisbon. The affordability of these bars, combined with the fact that they catered to locals, made our interactions with the friendly residents all the more delightful. We enjoyed exploring the diverse and vibrant neighborhood, both downhill and uphill from the apartment, where these cozy coffee bars were situated. Furthermore, the excellent public transportation options made it incredibly convenient for us to explore Lisbon. With a bus stop and a tram stop nearby, we could easily reach any destination in the city. The accessibility and efficiency of the transportation system significantly enhanced our overall experience and allowed us to immerse ourselves fully in the city's rich culture and history. Last but not least, I must commend the fantastic owner of the apartment. His warmth and hospitality were truly remarkable, and he went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay.

it s quite cozy and peaceful. The terrace is very nice to have your breakfast and chill out a bit.
